Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Taco Bell is always good I mean who don't like tacos? Unlike most restaurants lately with the foolishly high rising costs that attract passer by's to eat fast processed flavored bricks of freeze dried chow chow not even remotely digestible, Taco Bell has been doing it for years so we are already used to paying an unreasonably high price for a spoon full of goop dipped out of a what appears to be a McDonald's french fry grease trap that they call beef, to slap it on a "Shell" is what they call it anyway, but it's neither hard not soft but more of a stale slice of aged bread that has been sitting under a stack of trays for so long they become easy to mistake and use as a wrap for the liquefied ooie gooie spoon full of their famous and majestic greasy goop they call beef, but don't get attached or it will be removed from the menu with all its goodness, I'm not talking about the ones wrapped in foil that you could swallow twice to make it vanish, that actually had some texture and if you closed your eyes, added enough chipotle ranch, and pretended hard enough you could actually taste what they sell as chicken, and it's also pretty good depending on your level of intoxication, That's why it's not on the menu anymore either, just like the steak soft tacos dripping with avocado ranch that used to quench my thirst and hunger at the same time , not anymore - aahhrrRemoved. All the good stuff is gone unless you have a 4 page recipe list at the mike to design your own and the new avocado ranch croaks, the reg items are still $78.oo per Taco, but at the end of it all , high prices, gooey solids, ever changing formulas and menus, I'll still hit one up several times a week if it's near. So it wins the waffle house trophy score of 4-4.5 at being almost hard to look at but still goes down without a drink, and sometimes comes back up the same way."
"food is great. The only problem with this location is that they take your order but don’t always put everything that you had ordered in your bag so you definitely make sure that you check your bag before you fully takeoff all the way home. I suggest you grab your bag either check it while you are in line or drive to the parking lot and check it, as the food is good just a little sad that the service could be improved you don’t want to have workers that smoke marijuana to serve customers if they cannot pay attention to the order you always want to check your bag because there is always something missing. it would be time for new faces. In my opinion I would let go of the workers if not make them understand that they’re too fix their effort to work if not replace the workers that are currently at that location."
"As good as it gets for a Taco Bell. Nothing was exceedingly good nor exceedingly bad. Flavors as expected, cooking was right, and so on. Typically, ingredients tend to be lumped, not distributed. Difficult to accept disappearing menu items like nacho fries and grilled chicken chipotle ranch burrito (the not Cantina style). It is very difficult for me to rate a Taco Bell more than 4 stars, because other Mexican food exists."
"Most days it's great. There are days when a certain person is working where the staff are not changing their gloves or washing hands between making different foods as I can taste and feel cinnamon and sugar on my soft taco. Thankfully, I don't have any food allergies that could cause me to be concerned by this, but those flavors don't belong on the soft taco. It only ever happens when I see one person behind the drive through window. She may be a manager but I'm not 100% sure about that. It could also be coincidence that this always happens when I see her at the window. I have been going there a lot lately for lunch. Most of the time everything is fine. It's obvious when the staff is having a bad day though. I hope they're being treated right. It's a tough job and I appreciate how hard they are working."
"Went for lunch, so it was kinda busy, and the line was moving, unlike other taco bell places where you sit there for over a half hour waiting. The food was ok. The prep and presentation were horrendous, though. Both my burrito and cruchwrap were either leaking or not sealed of its ingredients. Huge no-no in my book. Besides that, the food did seem fresh, and the line moved quickly. Bit pricey here, but it's cause it's one of only 3-4 fast food places in the area."
"To the manager: I'm not sure what's wrong with the microphone system, but please get it fixed. You have wonderful workers that were so polite and tried their best to get my order right, but I had to repeat it 3 times because they couldn't hear the drive thru monitor. Luckily my food allergy symptoms aren't as bad as some people's and I was able to pull most of what I can't have off and eat it anyway with only mild symptoms. Please get this fixed so your team can continue providing excellent service."
"The staff was very polite and I swear my chalupas looked like they were straight out of an advertisement for Taco Bell. They were perfectly put together and they didn't make a huge mess when I ate them. Thanks for saving my clothes from stains! 10/10 presentation and pleasant interactions with staff even though they were super busy. Keep up the good work!"
"It is incredible how slowly the people who work here move. It must take great effort to move this slowly. Even if you are their only customer, you may have more than ample time to think about the world and the span of your life as you wait for a taco. At the same time, they are generally polite and friendly. Also, they prepare the food correctly. I will keep coming here. I will be pleased if they can speed up their service a bit."
